A bi-directional telehealth interface to exchange data between their respective systems has been finally completed, informed the two giants of patient monitoring solutions, Cardiocom® and Delta health Technologies, LLC (Delta), a significant provider of information systems.
Health professionals will now be able to detect a Cardiocom Telehealth device in a patient's residence with the help of Delta Encore solution. The information will, in turn, be sent to Cardiocom's Omnivisor® Pro System to prepare an updated health condition report for the patient, including, their symptoms, vital signs and telehealth notifications. Hence, with the access of unified real-time health data, homecare and hospice physicians will be in a better position to effectively care for their patients and promote efficient health care.
"Cardiocom provides an innovative service to the Telehealth industry," said Keith Crownover, President and CEO of Delta Health Technologies. "By providing our customers with integration between our systems, they can effectively utilize telehealth services without the frustration and worry associated with combining two separate structures. This benefit allows them to focus on their patients' health rather than technology challenges."
"Cardiocom is pleased to collaborate with Delta on this robust, bi-directional interface. This integration offers customers immediate access to actionable data to better coordinate transitions to the home which results in better outcomes for patients and providers," said Daniel L.
